# §2472.10. Reports.


When a report is issued after a hearing conducted pursuant to § [2472.8](/cfr/5/2472.8.md) and [2472.9](/cfr/5/2472.9.md), it normally shall be in writing and shall be submitted to the Panel, with a copy to each party, within a period normally not to exceed 30 calendar days after the close of the hearing and receipt of briefs, if any.
