# §2471.12. Inconsistent labor agreement provisions.


Any provisions of the parties' labor agreements relating to impasse resolution which are inconsistent with the provisions of either [5 U.S.C. 7119](/usc/5/7119.md) or the procedures of the Panel shall be deemed to be superseded, unless such provisions are permitted under [5 U.S.C. 7135](/usc/5/7135.md).
