# §2428.1. Scope.


This part sets forth procedures under which the Authority, pursuant to [5 U.S.C. 7105(a)(2)(I)](/usc/5/7105.md?p=a-2-I), will enforce decisions and orders of the Assistant Secretary in standards of conduct matters arising under [5 U.S.C. 7120](/usc/5/7120.md).
