# §2418.15. How will the FLRA refer FLRA debts to private collection agencies?


The FLRA will transfer delinquent FLRA debts to the Financial Management Service to obtain debt-collection services provided by private collection agencies. See [§ 2418.9](/cfr/5/2418.9.md).
