# §2413.2. Public observation of meetings.


Every portion of every meeting of the Authority shall be open to public observation, except as provided in [§ 2413.4](/cfr/5/2413.4.md), and Authority members shall not jointly conduct or dispose of agency business other than in accordance with the provisions of this part.
