# §214.301. Exclusions.


If not excluded from the Senior Executive Service by [section 3132(a)](/cfr/5/3132.md?p=a) (1) or (2) of [title 5](/cfr/5.md), United States Code, an agency, or unit thereof, may be excluded only under the provisions of [section 3132 (c) through (f)](/usc/5/3132..3132.md) of title 5.
