# §1850.130. Employment of qualified individuals with disabilities.


OSC shall not subject any qualified individual with a disability, on the basis of such disability, to discrimination in employment under any program or activity OSC conducts. The definitions, requirements, and procedures of Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ([29 U.S.C. 791](/usc/29/791.md)), as established by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in [29 CFR part 1614](/cfr/29/part1614.md), shall apply to employment in federally conducted programs or activities.
