# §1820.24. Conformity with other laws and regulations; other rights.


This regulation is not intended to conflict with [5 U.S.C. 2302(b)(13)](/usc/5/2302.md?p=b-13) or with any statutory or common law privilege against the release of protected information. This part does not create any right, entitlement, or benefit, substantive or procedural, that a party may rely upon in any legal proceeding against the United States.
