# §1655.11. Loan acceptance.


If the requirements set forth in §§ [1655.2](/cfr/5/1655.2.md), [1655.4](/cfr/5/1655.4.md), and [1655.6(a)](/cfr/5/1655.6.md?p=a) are satisfied, the TSP record keeper will nevertheless reject a loan request if:

- (a) The participant has failed to provide all required information on the loan request;
- (b) The participant has a pending loan request or in-service withdrawal request; or
- (c) A hold has been placed on the account pursuant to [5 CFR 1653.3(c)](/cfr/5/1653.3.md?p=c).
