# §1653.23. Processing and payment.


To the maximum extent consistent with sections [8437(e)(3)](/cfr/5/8437.md?p=e-3) and [8467(a)(2)](/cfr/5/8467.md?p=a-2), child abuse court orders will be processed by the TSP record keeper under the procedures described in subparts [A](/cfr/5/subpartA.md) and [B](/cfr/5/subpartB.md) of this part.
