# §89.27. Referral for litigation.


Claims that are not settled or for which collection action is not compromised, suspended or terminated under 4 CFR parts [103](/cfr/4/part103.md) and [104](/cfr/4/part104.md) or collected by collection agencies shall be referred to the General Accounting Office or the Department of Justice for litigation in accordance with the procedures in [4 CFR part 105](/cfr/4/part105.md).
