# §850.35. Records of the Coast Guard and the Board.

- (a) Records of the Coast Guard made under [§ 850.30](/cfr/49/850.30.md) are available to the public under [49 CFR part 7](/cfr/49/part7.md).
- (b) Records of the Board made under §§ [850.20](/cfr/49/850.20.md) and [850.30](/cfr/49/850.30.md) are available to the public under [49 CFR part 801](/cfr/49/part801.md).
