# §845.1. Applicability.


Unless otherwise specifically ordered by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the provisions of this part shall govern all NTSB proceedings conducted under the authority of 49 U.S.C. [1113](/usc/49/1113.md) and [1131](/usc/49/1131.md), and reports issued by the Board.
