# §835.7. Testimony of former Board employees.


It is not necessary to request Board approval for testimony of a former Board employee, nor is testimony limited to depositions. However, the scope of permissible testimony continues to be constrained by all the limitations set forth in [§ 835.3](/cfr/49/835.3.md) and [§ 835.4](/cfr/49/835.4.md).
