# §804.1. Applicability.

- (a) This part implements the provisions of the Government in the Sunshine Act ([5 U.S.C. 552b](/usc/5/552b.md)). These procedures apply to meetings, as defined herein, of the Members of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
- (b) Requests for all documents other than the transcripts, recordings, and minutes described in [§ 804.9](/cfr/49/804.9.md) shall continue to be governed by [part 801](/cfr/49/part801.md) of this chapter.
