# §800.26. Delegation to the Chief, Public Inquiries Branch.


The Board delegates to the Chief, Public Inquiries Branch, the authority to determine, initially, the withholding of a Board record from inspection or copying, pursuant to [part 801](/cfr/49/part801.md) of this chapter.
