# §663.13. Buy America requirements.


A Buy America certification under this part shall be issued in addition to any certification which may be required by [part 661 of this title](/cfr/49/part661.md). Nothing in this part precludes FTA from conducting a Buy America investigation under [part 661 of this title](/cfr/49/part661.md).
