# §661.1. Applicability.


Unless otherwise noted, this part applies to all federally assisted procurements using funds authorized by [49 U.S.C. 5323(j)](/usc/49/5323.md?p=j); [23 U.S.C. 103(e)(4)](/usc/23/103.md?p=e-4); and section 14 of the National Capital Transportation Act of 1969, as amended.
