# §630.9. Notice of FTA action.


Before taking final action under §§ [630.5](/cfr/49/630.5.md) or [630.8](/cfr/49/630.8.md), FTA will transmit a written request to the reporting entity to provide the necessary information within a specified reasonable period of time. FTA will advise the reporting entity of its final decision.
