# §613.100. Metropolitan transportation planning and programming.


The regulations in [23 CFR part 450](/cfr/23/part450.md), [subpart C](/cfr/49/subpartC.md), shall be followed in complying with the requirements of this subpart. The definitions in [23 CFR part 450](/cfr/23/part450.md), [subpart A](/cfr/49/subpartA.md), shall apply.
