# §605.34. Remedy where there has been a violation of the agreement.


If the Administrator determines, pursuant to this subpart, that there has been a violation of the terms of the agreement or [49 U.S.C. 5323(f)(2)](/usc/49/5323.md?p=f-2), he or she may bar a recipient or operator from the receipt of further financial assistance for public transportation.
