# §562.7. Lighting and marking requirements for new agricultural equipment.


New agricultural equipment that may be operated on a public road must meet the lighting and marking standards set forth in ANSI/ASAE 279.14 JUL2008, “Lighting and Marking of Agricultural Equipment on Highways” (incorporated by reference, see [§ 562.11](/cfr/49/562.11.md)).
