# §384.234. Driver medical certification recordkeeping.


The State must meet the medical certification recordkeeping requirements of § [383.73(a)(7)](/cfr/49/383.73.md?p=a-7), [(b)(5)](/cfr/49/383.73.md?p=b-5), [(c)(8)](/cfr/49/383.73.md?p=c-8), [(d)(8)](/cfr/49/383.73.md?p=d-8), [(e)(6)](/cfr/49/383.73.md?p=e-6) and [(o)](/cfr/49/383.73.md?p=e-o).
