# §375.215. How must I collect charges?


You must issue an honest, truthful invoice that includes all the information required by [subpart A of part 373](/cfr/49/part373-subpartA.md) of this chapter. All rates and charges for the transportation and related services must be in accordance with your appropriately published tariff provisions in effect, including the method of payment.
