# §37.13. Effective date for certain vehicle specifications.

- (a) The vehicle lift specifications identified in §§ [38.23(b)(6)](/cfr/49/38.23.md?p=b-6), [38.83(b)(6)](/cfr/49/38.83.md?p=b-6), [38.95(b)(6)](/cfr/49/38.95.md?p=b-6), and [38.125(b)(6)](/cfr/49/38.125.md?p=b-6) of this title apply to solicitations for vehicles under this part after January 25, 1992.
- (b) The vehicle door height requirements for vehicles over 22 feet identified in [§ 38.25(c)](/cfr/49/38.25.md?p=c) of this title apply to solicitations for vehicles under this part after January 25, 1992.
