# §368.2. Definitions.


Interstate transportation means transportation described at [49 U.S.C. 13501](/usc/49/13501.md), and transportation in the United States otherwise exempt from the Secretary's jurisdiction under [49 U.S.C. 13506(b)(1)](/usc/49/13506.md?p=b-1).

Mexico-domiciled motor carrier means a motor carrier of property whose principal place of business is located in Mexico.
