# §33.30. Delegation of authority.


The priorities and allocations authorities of the President under title I of the Defense Production Act with respect to all forms of civil transportation have been delegated to the Secretary of Transportation under [section 201(a)(4)](/cfr/49/201.md?p=a-4) of Executive Order 13603 of March 16, 2012 (77 FR 16651).
