# §325.11. Issuance, amendment, and revocation of the rules in this part.


The procedures specified in [part 389](/cfr/49/part389.md) of this chapter for the issuance, amendment, or revocation of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations apply to rulemaking proceedings for the issuance, amendment, or revocation of the rules in this part.
