# §29.705. What effect will a retrocession have on a Tribe's right to compact under the Program?


Provided that a Tribe is eligible under [§ 29.100](/cfr/49/29.100.md), retrocession will not adversely affect any future request by the Tribe to include funds from the same program in a compact or funding agreement.
