# §29.510. Must a Tribe maintain a recordkeeping system?


A Tribe must maintain records and provide Federal agency access to those records as provided in [25 U.S.C. 5386(d)](/usc/25/5386.md?p=d) and the statutory requirements of the funds included in a funding agreement.
