# §264.101. Cross reference to environmental impact and related procedures.


The procedures for complying with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended ([42 U.S.C. 4321](/usc/42/4321.md) et seq.), and related statutes, regulations, and orders are set forth in [part 771 of title 23 of the Code of Federal Regulations](/cfr/23/part771.md). The procedures for complying with [49 U.S.C. 303](/usc/49/303.md), commonly known as “[Section 4(f)](/cfr/49/4.md?p=f),” are set forth in [part 774 of title 23 of the Code of Federal Regulations](/cfr/23/part774.md). The procedures for complying with the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program application requirements and termination are set forth in [part 773 of title 23 of the CFR](/cfr/23/part773.md). The procedures for participating in and complying with the program for eliminating duplication of environmental reviews are set forth in [part 778 of title 23 of the CFR](/cfr/23/part778.md).
