# §218.11. Filing, testing, and instruction.


The operating rules prescribed in this part, and any additional or more stringent requirements issued by a railroad in relation to the operating rules prescribed in this part, shall be subject to the provisions of [part 217](/cfr/49/part217.md) of this chapter, Railroad Operating Rules: Filing, Testing, and Instruction.
