# §211.71. General.

- (a) This subpart consists of interim procedures for the review of emergency orders issued under section 203 of the Federal Railroad Safety Act of 1970, supplementing [§ 211.47](/cfr/49/211.47.md) of this part.
- (b) Proceedings under this subpart are subject to the requirements of [5 U.S.C. 554-559](/usc/5/554-559.md).
- (c) Notwithstanding [§ 211.1](/cfr/49/211.1.md) of this part, as used in this subpart Administrator means the Federal Railroad Administrator or Deputy Administrator.
