# §1580.201. Applicability.


This subpart applies to the following:

- (1) Each owner/operator described in [§ 1580.1(a)(1)](/cfr/49/1580.1.md?p=a-1) of this part that transports one or more of the categories and quantities of rail security-sensitive materials.
- (2) Each owner/operator described in § [1580.1(a)(2)](/cfr/49/1580.1.md?p=a-2) and [(3)](/cfr/49/1580.1.md?p=a-3) of this part.
