# §107.338. Prohibition of hazardous materials operations.


As provided for in [subpart E of part 109](/cfr/49/part109-subpartE.md) of this subchapter, a person who fails to pay a civil penalty in accordance with agreed upon installments or in full within prescribed time lines, is prohibited from conducting hazardous materials operations and shall immediately cease all hazardous materials operations.
