# §970.5232-3. Accounts, records, and inspection.


As prescribed in 970.3270(a)(2), insert the following clause:

Alternate I (DEC 2000). As prescribed in 970.3270(a)(2), if the contract includes the clause at [48 CFR 52.215-11](/cfr/48/52.215-11.md), Price Reduction for Defective Cost or Pricing Data—Modifications, the basic clause shall be modified as follows:

- (a) [Paragraph (a)](#a) of the basic clause shall be modified by adding the words “or anticipated to be incurred” after the words “allowable costs incurred.”
- (b) Paragraph (g) of the basic clause shall be modified by adding the following:
