# §970.2208. Equal employment opportunity.


The equal employment opportunity provisions of [48 CFR subpart 22.8](/cfr/48/subpart22.8.md) and [subpart 922.8](/cfr/48/subpart922.8.md) of this chapter, including Executive Order 11246 and [41 CFR part 60](/cfr/41/part60.md), are applicable to DOE management and operating contracts.
