# §912.302. Tailoring of provisions and clauses for the acquisition of commercial items.

- (c) The waiver required by [48 CFR 12.302(c)](/cfr/48/12.302.md?p=c) shall be in writing and approved by the local procurement manager or individual appointed for that purpose by the local procurement manager.
