# §809.402. Policy.

- (b) Statutory debarments pursuant to the authority of [38 U.S.C. 8127(g)](/usc/38/8127.md?p=g), Enforcement Penalties for Misrepresentation, are mandatory when the determination is made that a business concern has willfully and intentionally misrepresented its status as a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) or veteran-owned small business (VOSB).
