# §8.700. Scope of subpart.


This subpart prescribes the policies and procedures for implementing—

- (a) 41 U.S.C. chapter 85, Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled; and
- (b) The rules of the Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled ([41 CFR Chapter 51](/cfr/41/ch51.md)), which implements the AbilityOne program.
