# §704.2105. Solicitation provisions and contract clause.

- (d) **Personal services contracts.** The requirements in [paragraphs (a) through (c)](#a..c) of FAR 4.2105 do not apply to solicitations and contracts for personal services with individuals issued in accordance with appendices D and J of this chapter.
