There is no USAID-prescribed format or form for determinations and findings (D&Fs). D&Fs are to contain the information specified in ([48 CFR](/cfr/48.md)) FAR 1.704 and any information which may be required by the ([48 CFR](/cfr/48.md)) FAR or AIDAR section under which the D&F is issued.
