# §6101.51. Alternative procedures [Rule 51].


An appellant in an eligible case may elect the small claims procedure under [Rule 52](/cfr/48/52.md) ([48 CFR 6101.52](/cfr/48/6101.52.md)) or the accelerated procedure under [Rule 53](/cfr/48/53.md) ([48 CFR 6101.53](/cfr/48/6101.53.md)). Parties may jointly elect alternative dispute resolution under [Rule 54](/cfr/48/54.md) ([48 CFR 6101.54](/cfr/48/6101.54.md)).
