# §6101.31. Payment of award [Rule 31].


When permitted by law, Board awards under contracts may be paid from the permanent indefinite judgment fund under 31 U.S.C. [1304](/usc/31/1304.md) and [31](/usc/31/31.md) CFR [part 256](/cfr/48/part256.md). An EAJA award is paid from funds of the respondent.
