# §6101.27. Relief from decision or order [Rule 27].

- (a) **Grounds.** The Board may grant relief, for a reason recognized in [Rule 60](/cfr/48/60.md) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, from a decision or order that, alone or in conjunction with prior decisions or orders, resolves all of an appeal, petition, or application.
- (b) **Time limit for motion.** A party may move for relief under this rule within 120 days after that party receives the decision or order at issue.
- (c) **Effect of motion.** A pending motion for relief under this rule does not affect any obligation to comply with a decision or order.
