# §515.408. Solicitation provisions and contract clauses.

- (c) When the contract contains the basic clause 552.238-80 Industrial Funding Fee and Sales Reporting, include the instructions for completing the commercial sales practices format in Figure 515.4-2 in solicitations issued under the MAS program. Offerors are not required to complete the commercial sales practices disclosure for order-level materials (See [subpart 538.72](/cfr/48/subpart538.72.md)).
