# §430.202-2. Impracticality of submission.


The Secretary, without the power to redelegate, is authorized to determine, in accordance with [48 CFR 9903.202-2](/cfr/48/9903.202-2.md), that the Disclosure Statement is impractical to secure and to authorize award without obtaining the Disclosure Statement.
