# §4.2300. Scope of subpart.


This subpart implements the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act of 2018 (title II of Pub. L. 115-390) and the Federal Acquisition Security Council (FASC) regulation at [41 CFR part 201-1](/cfr/41/part201-1.md). The authority provided in this subpart expires on December 31, 2033 (see [41 U.S.C. 1328](/usc/41/1328.md)).
