# §36.700. Scope of subpart.


This subpart sets forth requirements for the use of standard and optional forms, prescribed in [part 53](/cfr/48/part53.md), for contracting for construction, architect-engineer services, or dismantling, demolition, or removal of improvements. A listing of the Standard forms is located in [subpart 53.3](/cfr/48/subpart53.3.md).
