# §32.002. Applicability of subparts.

- (a) **The following sections and subparts of this part are applicable to all purchases subject to part 32—**

  - (2) Subpart [32.3](/cfr/48/subpart32.3.md), [Loan](/cfr/48/subpartLoan.md) Guarantees for Defense Production.
  - (3) [Subpart 32.6](/cfr/48/subpart32.6.md), Contract Debts.
  - (4) [Subpart 32.7](/cfr/48/subpart32.7.md), Contract Funding.
  - (5) [Subpart 32.8](/cfr/48/subpart32.8.md), Assignment of Claims.
  - (6) [Subpart 32.9](/cfr/48/subpart32.9.md), Prompt Payment.
  - (7) [Subpart 32.11](/cfr/48/subpart32.11.md), Electronic Funds Transfer.
